For 20 years, she has been a digital entrepreneur and founder of the Opinion Act methodology. She is one of the pioneers of the e-reputation and influence discipline in France (2004). She advises large organizations and executives in their digital vision and crisis management on social medias.
She is author of L'Art de la guerre digitale (Dunod 2016), a reference book on e-reputation and influence issues, awarded by the Academy of Business Sciences in 2017, as well as DECODE L'INFO, Comment décrypter les fake news? (Bréal 2018). In 2022, she published Web3, la nouvelle guerre digitale to mobilize leaders to regain power against the GAFAs. She also teaches digital strategy and influence at HEC and at the Military School (IHEDN, Institute of Higher National Defense Studies).
