You will be an inquisitive and curious individual who is always looking to unearth the latest trends or case studies and have a solid understanding of pitching to media, across business, tech, media, and lifestyle media. You will have strong relationships with media in these sectors and be comfortable with leading on sell-ins to get the best possible results for clients. As a PR Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing media outreach, being on top of new titles and publications and having a knowledge of key trends across certain industries.
You will work closely with the Head of Media in the UK and Account Director and will have daily access to senior business leaders across the agency both in the UK and abroad to gain deeper knowledge on project management across large international accounts.
Working as part of a fast-paced team and with some exciting clients, you should be able to manage day to day deadlines and have great time management as well as manage junior staff.
You should also have strong writing skills and can write long form content from bylines to press releases as well as developing social media content. In addition, you should have experience in being part of client calls and managing day-to-day client communications.
